    2. If there is still unstable lightness after excluding other issues, check if charging and discharging are carried out simultaneously, as it will affect data stability.


  • Q: What should I do if Bluetooth cannot connect?

    Answer: 1. Ensure that the smart shoe is powered on (the blue indicator light is on) and that the computer's Bluetooth function is turned on.

    If the link fails, please try restarting Bluetooth or re pairing. Note: When Bluetooth is already connected in the workspace, reconnecting Bluetooth will disconnect
